Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "mbaji" or "Platform" refers to the mbaji.cam website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created a registered account and is using mbaji's services.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal online account through which games and transactions are managed.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. mbaji will not be held liable for any unauthorised transactions made from your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into mbaji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (three hundred taka) — for each method.
• No additional fees apply at the time of deposit.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The account used for depositing and the account used for withdrawals must be in the same person's name.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing earned funds:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balances can be withdrawn.
• mbaji reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000 you will receive a ৳10,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (fifteen times). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly; the wagering conditions must be met first.

Gaming Rules

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

• Using software, bots or any automated means to play games.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security.
• Harassing, threatening or defrauding other members.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by mbaji

mbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Instruction from a legal authority.

8.2 Closure by Member
